Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

WallBang sells prepaid, fixed-duration VIP memberships. VIP is paid once for the selected term and is not automatically renewed.

Cancellation Before Activation

A customer may request cancellation of a purchase within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchased VIP membership has not been activated or used.

Eligible cancellation requests will be handled according to the Refund Policy.

Once VIP has been activated or used, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund.

Customers may contact WallBang if they experience a technical issue preventing them from receiving the purchased membership privileges.

WallBang does not automatically renew VIP and does not automatically charge customers again.

A new purchase is required to continue VIP after the current term ends.

VIP automatically ends at the end of the purchased duration.

After expiry, VIP privileges are removed from the customer's account.
